A veteran of the digital marketing field and one of the most awarded marketers in Singapore, Kelvin Koo is also an experienced trainer who has taught classes on topics such as Digital Marketing Strategy, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.

 

In 2003, Kelvin founded his own agency, iNeo, a boutique digital agency In 2013, iNEO was responsible for the first airline Facebook business success case study for Scoot, back when brands were still using social media for engagement and not sales. iNeo was later acquired by Publicis Singapore, the Singapore-based branch of the “Big 4” marketing firm.

 

After the acquisition, Kelvin stayed on at Publicis as Head of Digital, aiding in the agency’s digital transformation. He has since served in senior management capacities at various digital performance agencies such as FALCON Agency and ADK Connect Singapore.

 

Kelvin has also continued his passion for training by delivering bespoke digital training programs and creating digital strategy playbooks for corporations like Manulife, AXA, Motul, F&N and Scoot. He brings his extensive professional knowledge with him to the classroom, allowing him to provide learners with a more strategic and tested approach to social media marketing.
